Syslog Daemon Action: alert by using GET and POST message.

Would like to see an action using GET and POST message. This is implemented already in Network Performance Monitor. It could be very useful for Syslog Daemon too. We use it for sending SMS alerts through SMS Gateway API.

I have workaround for most important alerts that I need to get out of Syslog with SMS by running Curl. But this is not a good way to do it, really.
