Class Does Not Support Expected Interface Error

Hello,

I am trying to setup the file archiving on my Windows 2000 SP4 machine. I have Kiwi syslog server installed on the PC, version 2.5.153. When I schedule the archive nothing happens. So I tried running it from the button. I receive the error Task engine aborted with the error Class does not support the expected interface [syslogd_TaskEngine.exe 2.5.153]. What do I have configured incorrectly?
